All of our garlic is of the hardneck variety and can be stored and used for up to 6 months from purchase. They all smell and taste amazing and any variety would add great flavor to your cooking. Some of the varieties are more subtle and sweet, while others will give your cooking a great spicy garlic kick. Another difference is the number and size of the cloves in each bulb.
